| Stage Three Music's Lionel Conway Joins the Board of Directors for the National Music Publishers' Association |

For Immediate Release (March 13, 2006) – The National Music Publishers’ Association (NMPA), the leading trade association for the music publishing industry, today announced that Lionel Conway of Stage Three Music has been named a member of the NMPA Board of Directors. Conway, President of Stage Three Music, takes the position left vacant by the passing of Beebe Bourne of Bourne Music. Conway’s experience spans several decades. He led Island Music Publishing for 21 years before leaving to join Madonna’s Maverick Music. “We are pleased to have Lionel Conway join us,” said Irwin Z. Robinson, Chairman of the NMPA Board of Directors. “His extensive experience in the music publishing industry will make him a valuable asset. On behalf of the NMPA Board, I extend a warm welcome and we look forward to working together.” During his years at Island, Conway signed some of the world’s leading songwriting talent, including Cat Stevens, Dave Stewart, Robert Palmer, Ian Hunter, and U2. While at Maverick, he signed Lucinda Williams, Vertical Horizon and Candlebox. More recently, as head of Mosaic Music, he acquired Hamstein Music, which includes all songs written by ZZ Top, and the Daksell Selldak Catalog, which contains some of the early Aerosmith songs including, “Dream On,” “Sweet Emotion,” and “Walk This Way.” The NMPA Board of Directors elected Conway via a majority vote, in accordance with the by-laws.
