HFA Announces Key Staff Promotions.
The Harry Fox Agency, Inc. (HFA), wholly owned licensing subsidiary of the National Music Publishers' Association, Inc. (NMPA), announced the promotions of Sylvan Stoner to Controller; Kevin Au Yeung, Vice President-Audit; Paul Tollin, Vice President-Systems; and Chris Walsh, Vice President-Systems & Communications, it was announced today by Edward P. Murphy, President and CEO of the Agency.

"Sylvan, Kevin, Paul and Chris each possess a reputation for integrity and commitment, which will be invaluable to HFA as we continue to expand," stated Murphy. "I am pleased to recognize their talents with these well-deserved promotions."

Stoner, who served as Assistant Controller since 1987, will supervise accounting operations for HFA. Stoner came to the Agency in 1984 as a staff accountant. Prior to joining HFA, Stoner was with CBS, Inc.

Au Yeung, formerly Senior Audit Manager, will oversee auditing procedures for HFA. He has held numerous positions in the Auditing Department since joining HFA in 1987. Au Yeung previously worked for ASCAP and the Waterfront Commission of NY Harbor.

Tollin, formerly Director of Data Processing -- with direct responsibility for the AS400 mainframe operation -- will supervise systems operations for HFA. Tollin came to the Agency in 1990, prior to which he worked with Polo/Ralph Lauren as Senior Program Analyst.

Walsh, formerly Director of Communications, will assume responsibility for the Systems and Communications Department of HFA. He previously worked as Senior LAN support specialist at Bank of America, and also worked as LAN Network Manager for ML Systems, a subsidiary of Alcoa.
