FOX AGENCY INTERNATIONAL NAMES REGIONAL DIRECTOR Rittman Tapped for Asian Post New York, NY -- Fox Agency International, Inc. (FAI) President and Chief Executive Officer Edward P. Murphy announced the appointment of Frank S. Rittman as its new Regional Director for the Asia-Pacific. Rittman will be based in the FAI office in Singapore. FAI is a special purpose subsidiary of The Harry Fox Agency, Inc., the licensing division of the National Music Publishers' Association, Inc. In addition to its regional headquarters in Singapore, FAI operates a second branch office in Taiwan and maintains formal relations with local collecting societies in five other Southeast Asian territories. Rittman, who will report directly to Murphy, has served as NMPA/HFA's International Business Administrator since 1989. "I'm pleased that Frank will play such an important role during the next phase of FAI's operations," said Murphy. "His contributions have been instrumental in getting FAI off the ground and bringing us to where we are today. His legal background and international experience should be especially helpful in his new position. I am confident in his ability and wish him the best of luck." With more than 600 members, NMPA represents the most important and influential music publishing firms throughout the United States.
