New York, NY, May 8, 2001 - Gary Churgin, President & CEO of The Harry Fox Agency, Inc. (HFA) today announced the recent appointment of Ed Hunt as Vice President of the renamed and restructured Client Relations Department for the Agency. Hunt has been a Senior Manager with the World Class Finance and Billing Group of KPMG Consulting practice. He is a seasoned professional with sixteen years of highly successful management experience, including over ten years experience in management consulting for many Fortune 200 and 500 companies. Hunt has concentrated on implementing business process improvements and organizational effectiveness, with a customer focus emphasis. He reports directly to Churgin. In addition to his experience with KPMG, Hunt has worked for REL Consultancy Group as a project manager and with Automatic Data Processing (Employer Services Division) as a project manager for corporate headquarters. The client services area at HFA is now called Client Relations in order to reflect the restructuring and upgrading of the department. These recent changes will enable Client Relations to focus on providing better and more timely responses to inquiries from both publishers and manufacturers. "Ed, in a consulting capacity, has been working very closely with HFA, with a particular focus on the client services area," said Churgin. "He has been instrumental in developing new systems and will continue to work on the enhancement and implementation of processes in HFA's newly named Client Relations department."
