NATIONAL MUSIC PUBLISHERS' ASSOCIATION ELECTS OFFICERS: DIRECTORS OF HARRY FOX AGENCY ELECTED
NEW YORK, NY, February 27, 2002 - The National Music Publishers' Association (NMPA) and the Harry Fox Agency (HFA) today announced the election of officers and HFA directors, respectively, during the meetings of their boards of directors on February 13, 2002.

Elected officers to the NMPA Board of Directors are:

Chairman: Irwin Z. Robinson, Chairman & CEO, Famous Music Publishing;
Vice President: Martin Bandier, Chairman & CEO, EMI Music Publishing;
Vice President: Donna Hilley, President & CEO, Sony/ATV Music Publishing;
Vice President: Ralph Peer, II, Chairman & CEO, PeerMusic;
Treasurer and Secretary: Arnold Broido, Chairman, Theodore Presser Co.;
Assistant Treasurer: Freddie Bienstock, Chariman & CEO, Carlin America, Inc.


Elected as directors to the HFA Board of Directors are:

Chairman: Irwin Z. Robinson;
Freddy Bienstock;
Arnold Broido;
Maxyne Lang, President, Williamson Music;
Evan Medow, CEO, Windswept Holdings LLC;
Stanley Mills, President, September Music Corporation;
Ralph Peer, II.


In December, Beebe Bourne, CEO, Bourne Company, was appointed to the NMPA Board of Directors, replacing the late Leon Brettler. Bourne has been a member of the board of directors of the Music Publishers' Association (MPA) and the Association of Independent Music Publishers (AIMP).
