| NMPA Announces Limewire Settlement |
| NMPA is pleased to announce that it has reached a favorable settlement on behalf of music publishers in the copyright infringement litigation against LimeWire (EMI April Music Inc. v. Lime Wire LLC, 10-4695, U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York). All music publishers who are NMPA members will be offered an opportunity to participate in the settlement. Details on the process for participation will be provided to members shortly. |
